为满足桥面变形的要求,通常在两梁端之间、梁端与桥台之间或桥梁的铰接位置上设置伸缩缝。
  要求伸缩缝在平行、垂直于桥梁轴线的两个方向,均能自由伸缩,牢固可靠,车辆行驶过时应平顺、无突跳与噪声;要能防止雨水和垃圾泥土渗入阻塞;安装、检查、养护、消除污物都要简易方便。在设置伸缩缝处,栏杆与桥面铺装都要断开。我们严格要求生产,质量第一,服务到位。

伸缩缝的构造要求

  伸缩缝按照性能及安装方法可以分为:GQF-C型、GQF-Z型、GQF-L型、GQF-F型、其中GQF-MZL型数模式桥梁伸缩缝装置,是采用热轧整体成型的异型钢材设计的桥梁伸缩缝装置. GQF-C型、GQF-Z型、GQF-L型、GQF-F型伸缩缝装置适用于伸缩量80mm以下的的桥梁接缝, GQF-MZL型伸缩缝装置是由边梁、中梁、横梁和连动机构组成的模数式桥梁伸缩缝装置,适用于伸缩量80mm-1200mm的大中跨度桥梁.

伸缩缝安装注意事项

     1伸缩装置因受运输长度限制,可分段制造,现场拼接。存放在工地的伸缩装置应平行放置,不得交叉堆放,以防变形。

     2出厂时,连接卡具仅为运输方便而设,缝隙并不是定位置。伸缩装置安装时,应在监理工程师的认可下方可进行。如设计文件上有规定,以桥梁设计文件所规定的为依据。

     3伸缩装置吊装就位前,应将预留槽内的混凝土打毛,清扫干净。安装时伸缩装置顺桥向的宽度a值,应对称放在伸缩缝的间隙上,并使其顶面标高与设计标高吻合后垫平,然后穿放衡向的联接水平钢筋,将伸缩装置上的锚固钢筋与梁上预埋钢筋两侧焊牢(尽量增加焊接点与焊接长度,以延长伸缩装置的使用寿命),放松卡具,使其自由伸缩,此时伸缩装置已进入工作状态。

      4完成上述工序后,安装必要模板,以防止沙浆流入伸缩缝内,然后认真用水清洗。在混凝土预留槽内浇筑大于C50的混凝土。浇筑混凝土时应采取必要的措施,振捣密实。

     5砼初凝后,拔掉模板,及时清楚伸缩缝内及异型钢装胶带槽内的异物。
